SnapFlow Recorder · ISHIP DEV

Free is free. Pro is a Google Play subscription. Monthly, you pay $5 USD per month. Yearly, you pay $4 USD per month, as one payment of $48 USD, and the subscription lasts one year. Google processes the payment. Refunds and cancellations are requested through Google Play, under Google’s rules. This page explains how that applies to this App. It sits alongside the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
1. Who charges you
The price you confirm on the Play Store page is charged by Google to the payment method on your Google account. ISHIP DEV does not store your card number and cannot see it. Receipts and order history are in Google Play.
2. How to request a refund
Ask Google first:
- Open the Google Play app or play.google.com order history while signed in to the same account that bought the App.
- Find the SnapFlow Recorder order.
- Use Google’s refund or report-a-problem option and follow the prompts.
Google decides requests that fall inside its own refund window. That window, and the form of the refund (original payment method or Play credit), are set by Google and can differ by country. We do not override Google’s decision on those requests.
3. After Google’s refund window
When Google’s automatic window has passed, a refund is not guaranteed. You can still email aalexandrion@gmail.com with the Google Play order number, the device model, and what went wrong. We will read it. Where Google still allows a developer to review a request, we will consider:
- A duplicate charge for the same purchase.
- A charge where the App could not be delivered to your account.
- A serious failure of the screen recorder that we cannot fix in a reasonable time, and that is not caused by a limit of the phone or of Android.
Wanting a different app, not liking a recording you made, running out of storage, or a Google Drive or Dropbox account problem are not, by themselves, reasons we can refund a Play purchase. Any refund we agree to is still issued through Google Play, not by a bank transfer from this website.
4. What a refund does not cover
- Fees from Google Drive, Dropbox, or your mobile carrier.
- Files you already saved. Uninstalling the App, or receiving a refund, does not delete videos on the phone or in your cloud account. Delete those yourself if you do not want to keep them.
- Purchases made by someone else on a Google account you do not control. That account holder must contact Google.
5. Device limits
Screen recording depends on the phone and on the Android version. Internal audio, high frame rates, and background capture can be restricted by the device maker. Check the Play listing’s requirements before you buy. A phone that cannot run a feature Google Play already disclosed is not an automatic refund from us after Google’s window has closed, but you may still use Google’s process in section 2 while it is available.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute the card charge with your bank, tell Google as well, because Google is the merchant for the Play order. A chargeback on a purchase that was delivered can lead Google to suspend the app on that account. Contact us first if the problem is a failed install or a duplicate order and Google’s refund form did not solve it.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any mandatory cooling-off or refund right that applies to digital content and that you have not lost by starting the download. Where those rights apply, they take priority over the limits above.
